  • Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability and will incur additional cost.
  • On receipt of your advance we will block the services as per prevailing rates. Your final rates and requirement will be subject to availability at the time of receiving your confirmation.
  • Rates are based on and valid for MINIMUM GUARANTEE OF 40 FULL PAYING ADULTS TRAVELLING TOGETHER AT ALL TIMES IF PASSENGER COUNT CHANGE THE TOUR PRICE IS GOING TO CHANGE.
  • Rates are for arrival and departure transfers and coach tours onwards in group vehicles with all passengers arriving /departing together (in the same group flight). Airport transfer rates are not valid in case passengers are arriving / departing on different flights other than group flights. Any change in passenger numbers will result in change in rates 

BASIS OF PRICE

  • The price is inclusive and based on current taxes and levies in force. Any variance in the taxes would be charged additionally accordingly.
  • Tour itinerary will be as mentioned above. Any modification in the terms of itinerary is not allowed.
  • If passengers do not arrive or depart with the group, additional charges will be incurred. Should the group arrive during a trade fair / festival or high demand period, we reserve the right to amend the prices accordingly or offer an alternative location.
  • Late sitting in a restaurant for meals is totally subject to the terms & conditions of the hotel / restaurant used. Same will be requested but cannot be guaranteed.
  • If groups arrive from different hubs and separate transfers are required or in case of any additional services required, then the applicable cost would be payable immediately
  • Issuance of visa is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy / consulate. Consulate has every right to call for additional supportive documents; any guarantee from the individual, corporate, personal appearance or reject the visa.
  • Accommodation and meals as per itinerary.
  • No refund or reduction will be given for any services, which are not utilized
  • Cost is applicable for a minimum paying adults traveling together as mentioned above. Supplement charges will be applicable in case of reduction or increase in the group strength
  • Quote does not include any meals not specified in the itinerary. In case the same is required, during transfers, sightseeing and day trips, additional will be charged, on actual
  • All arrangements made by Exclusive Trips are in the capacity of an agent only. Exclusive Trips will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries delayed or cancelled flights & acts or forces of nature. 

HOTELS

  • Breakfast at the hotels will be provided in the main hall or the group room separately but it will be totally the hotel’s discretion.
  • Breakfasts taken before 07:00 hours & packed breakfast boxes may incur a supplement.
  • Complimentary tea/Coffee makers in the rooms, air-conditioning, mini bar cannot be guaranteed.
  • Most hotels in Europe are not air conditioned.
  • All hotels provided will be 4 star rated and in outskirts of the city.
  • Any damages incurred in the hotel rooms will be payable by the passengers directly and Exclusive Trips will not be responsible for the same
  • Any extra services taken at the hotel the passengers will have to pay the same directly before check out. Exclusive Trips will not be responsible for the same.
  • Accommodation will be in Standard rooms on Twin / Triple Sharing Basis
  • More than 3 people in one room is not allowed 

MEALS

  • Standard duration for meals at restaurants will be 45 minutes to 1 hour. More time is subject to discretion of restaurant and additional time may impact the coach duration.
  • Standard course for meals at restaurants includes 02 veg dishes, 01 non-veg dish(chicken), 1 Daal, Rice or Pulao, Yoghurt or Raita, Roti / Naan, Salad, Papad, Pickle, 01 Sweet dish and tap water.
  • The above is just for reference purposes. The number of items may vary depending on availability of the same.
  • Breakfast will be Continental as provided by the hotel and we have no control over it. It will be as per their standard menu 

COACH

  • Considering traffic situation and driving hours, Sightseeing/Orientation tours may be revised/changed if on road it is not possible to cover the day within LDC regulations. The Tour Leader must manage the driving hours.
  • Water bottle in the coach is not included in the offer.

Please note EC regulations for Long Distance Coach Drivers: (EU regulations no. 561/2006 – 1073/2009)

  • Driver is not to exceed 11 hrs on duty with the group
  • The duty time with the group would be reduced as required, incase the Coach parking location is some place other than group stay hotel.
  • In one day, a driver must have 11 consecutive hours of rest
  • Driver is required to have a min. rest time of 45 minutes for every 4.5 hours of wheel time
  • One driver could drive maximum 12 days continuously then 2 days rest is mandatory.
  • Incase Local Coach/Mini-van is used instead of a LDC coach then duty time not to exceed 10-11hrs duty
  • Coach/mini-van can not enter ZTL or restricted area or any walking street and separate taxi/vehicle needs to be arranged at own cost for some specific centrally located hotels.
  • The daily driving hours can go upto 8 – 11 hrs.
  • The toilets in coach are not for the use of the passengers, although there will be comfort stops at regular intervals.
  • The average travelling time on tour will be around 8-10 hrs. or more depending on the itinerary for the day and traffic conditions.

AIRLINE

  • Airlines will be as per the one booked by Exclusive Trips.
  • We do not guarantee direct flights. The airlines booked on group tours will / can be with one or two stopovers depending on availability from the departure Hub.
  • If you prefer a specific airline, you can opt to receive an airline reduction from us and book your own ticket
  • For guest buying there own tickets, airport transfers are not guaranteed unless they are present at the airport / hotel at the time of the group transfers. In this scenario, guest will have to arrange their own transfer to and from airports. In no circumstances special transfers will be given to the guest. 

BAGGAGE :

  • Only 1 Piece of Bag weighing maximum 20 Kgs. And one small hand bag not weighing more than 7 kgs. will be allowed on tour.
  • Even if the airline gives provision for more, on tour it will only be One 1 piece of bag weighing maximum 20 kgs and one hand bag not weighing more than 7 kgs.
  • If the guest carrying more luggage, and if the coach trunk is full, the luggage will be kept inside the coach in aisle which will be inconvenient for the guests and if the same is not possible, the guest will have to make their own arrangements for the transfer of luggage
  • Guest have to carry their own luggage. Porterage is not included in the cost 

TIPS

  • Standard tips are EUR 3 per pax /day and is Mandatory

Cancellation & Amendments

Cancellation charges will be as per the cancellation policy mentioned below. If a person is shifting from one departure date to another, the same will be treated as cancellation from one tour to another and the cancellation charges as mentioned will apply. 

Refunds:

For any amendment or cancellation in the services, refunds, if any, due after adjustment of such amendments/cancellations will be paid within 30 days from the date of amendment/cancellation. Refunds on account of airline or train travel amendments/cancellation, after adjusting the amendment/cancellation charges/fees will take a minimum 60 days to process, as this is the time frame taken by them. 

Terms & Conditions:

All business is conducted in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. All clients doing business with Exclusive Trips will be deemed to have read and accepted to be bound by our Terms & Conditions.

Complaints with Services:

If any group member going to the specified locations has any complaint in respect of services provided by any of the independent contractors he / she / they shall immediately notify the same to Exclusive Trips Tour Manager, to enable ET to take up the matter with the independent contractor. Verbal intimation during the tour will ensure immediate corrective action. Written complaints will be accepted within 3 days of return of Tour else all balance payments if any to Partners and Invoices will be raised assuming full satisfaction

Travel Extension:

For last minute extension of stay on tours due to request or emergencies, all rooms and other services booked through us will have to be paid only to us in cash in the respective foreign exchange. The same is applicable to any delegate/attendee wanting to pay for their own stay. A valid invoice and cash receipt can be issued against the same. If the booking is done in advance, then 100% payment will have to be done by telegraphic transfer to our account or cheque/DD as per the timelines mentioned above. Exclusive Trips shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown, irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by passenger themselves. Exclusive Trips will not be liable for any overstay expenses due to delay or changes in air or train schedule or other services due to sickness, weather conditions, strike, war, quarantine, or any other cause whatsoever. Insurance policies must be carried while on tour. 

Cancellation Policy:

All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation/ venues for tours/conferences/events are pre-blocked well in advance. We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers / vendors if these services are released within the below mentioned time frame.

All cancellations of bookings must be given in writing and acknowledged by ET. A transfer from one tour destination/event venue to another, prior to the date of the tour/conference/event will be treated as a cancellation, thereby attracting the cancellation charges as stated hereunder and a fresh booking on another. Detailed tour wise cancellation given below. 

Cancellation Policy :

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & VISA

In order for passengers to undertake international travels it is mandatory to hold valid passport with minimum of 6 months validity from the date of return to India.

It is the passengers responsibility, to have the visa application made to the concerned Consulates / Authorities However, for certain cases, the Client may have to attend personal interviews at their own cost.

As granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign governments, Exclusive Trips  shall neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents nor liable for any delay or other related act/omission or for any loss, expenses, damage or cost resulting from there.

Exclusive Trips would not be responsible in any way in case any clerical error regarding names, attachment of wrong photographs, duration, and type of visa (Single/Multiple entry) occurs in the consulate / embassy. Passengers shall be responsible to check the details, photos and the correctness thereof. In the event the application for visa made by any Client or the Company on behalf of the Client is rejected due to any other reason whatsoever, Exclusive Trips shall not be liable or responsible for the same.

AIl passports are required to be mailed for visas to different cities, company would mail the passport by reputed courier at an additional cost.

Consulates have every right to call for additional supportive documents; any guarantee from the corporate, personal appearance or reject the visa. Exclusive Trips will not be held responsible for such delays /rejection. If visa is rejected appropriate cancellation charges will be applicable.

It will be the responsibility of all the passengers to take care of their belongings at all times. Exclusive Trips will not be responsible for any loss or damage of any of the said belongings at any time.

Confirming the booking by paying the deposit amount, will be taken as an acceptance of all the above Terms & Conditions 

FINAL HANDOVER:

All the Vouchers and the final hand over will be done 1 or 2 days prior to the departure 

The tour may operate In Paris out Milan or Out Rome. The sightseeing inclusions will remain same

Day 01 Arrival At Melbourne With Eureka Skydeck

Arrive at Melbourne Tullamarine Airport within 20:00 hrs and transfer to hotel Check-in (Early Check-in is Not Guaranteed).

After lunch proceed for Eureka Skydeck tour in Melbourne. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02 Full Day Great Ocean Road Tour

This 1 Day Great Ocean Road Day Tour is one of Melbourne’s most popular tours. On the spectacular Great Ocean Road Tour experience a breathtaking coastline with pristine beaches, rainforests and charming seaside towns and of course the 12 Apostles.

Leaving Melbourne we head first to one of the Great Ocean Road's surf beaches, Urquhart Bluff, where we will have morning tea and watch some surfers catch waves at one of the Great Ocean Road’s famous surfing destinations. We visit the historic Memorial Arch to get our photo taken before passing through the quaint coastal resort towns of Lorne and Anglesea.

After lunch, drive through the Otway rainforest, see the giant and uniquely famous rock stacks that are the 12 Apostles and see the rugged shipwreck coast of the Loch Ard Gorge and Gibsons Steps before returning to Melbourne.

Day 03 Melbourne City Tour With Melbourne Cricket Stadium (Mcg)

Morning Breakfast at Hotel. Later Half Day Melbourne City Tour where you will see the Fitzroy Gardens and Captain Cook's Cottage, Queen Victoria Market, Fitzroy Gardens, Albert Park - Grand Prix race track, Federation Square, Shrine of Remembrance, Southbank Waterfront precinct, St Paul's Cathedral, Bolt Bridge.

After the city tour we visit the Melbourne Cricket Ground 75 min. Guided Tour (Subject to availability). Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 04 Transfer From Melbourne To Gold Coast Via Brisbane Airport

After breakfast depart to Melbourne Tullamarine Airport to catch your flights to Brisbane. Arrive at Brisbane Airport and transfer to your hotel in Gold Coast and check-in.

Rest of the day is free for you to explore Gold Coast on your own. Enjoy the evening with Indian Dinner.

Day 05 Full Day Movie World With Jet Boat Ride

Today after breakfast proceed for a full day tour to Movie World. Experience the magic and excitement of a world where everyone’s a star at Warner Bros- Movie World!

Experience the fun and thrill of a galactic proportion as you take on the steepest drop in the world. The amazing new Green Lantern Rollercoaster ride is in a league of its own!

While you’re here, get lost in a world of fantasy and fun, meet your favourite stars and super-heroes and experience the exhilaration of world-class adventure rides and movie attractions including the awesome Batwing Spaceshot and the adrenalin pumping Superman Escape.

Kids will love the colourful Kids’ WB! Fun Zone takes you into a magical cartoon world for the young and for the young at heart! Other not-to-miss attractions include, the multi-million dollar live action stunt show ‘Hollywood Stunt Driver’, presented by Castrol Edge and the spectacular Star Parade.

Day 06 Full Day Sea World With Helicopter Experience

Today after breakfast proceed for a full day tour to Sea World.

Get below the surface to discover a world of fun and adventure at Sea World. Flip in and out with the dolphins; seal this new friendship with a kiss or dare to dive with the predators of the undersea!

Dive into the Sea World, as you are transported to the wonderful underwater world of Bikini Bottom that comes to life right before your eyes with extravagant floats, stunning water displays and spectacular thematic boats in the world’s first SpongeBob parade!

Later, sing and dance to an educational stage show, as you help Dora the Explorer and friends find each other in a delightful live show ‘Dora’s Best Friends Adventure’. Scale new heights at Castaway Bay – the World’s best adventure playground.

Enter the amazing frozen world of Penguin Encounter, home to the King Penguin. Be enchanted by the charm and beauty of the iconic Sea World dolphins in their new show ‘Imagine’ while the clever and hilarious Sea Lions will have you in stitches in their new show ‘Fish Detectives’.

Day 07 Transfer From Gold Coast To Sydney - Sydney Showboat Cruise

After a sumptuous breakfast at hotel, check out of the hotel and board your coach for your transfer to the Brisbane airport. Board your flight for Sydney.

On arrival in Sydney, board your coach for your transfer to your hotel. Check in to the hotel. Tonight, get set for a lifetime experience on board the spectacular Showboat dinner cruise.

Be captivated by the breath-taking scenery as you sail through the shimmering Sydney Harbour with its mesmerizing panorama of bright city lights, Opera House and the famous Harbour Bridge.

Experience fine dining with Indian menu on board followed by a dazzling theatre cabaret featuring professional Australian showgirls in their glamorous costumes!

Day 08 Full Day Blue Mountains Tour

Enjoy an excursion from Sydney into the Blue Mountains.

Enjoy a visit to Leura Village, where you can buy your own lunch at a cafe or bakery. Your tour includes the 3 rides at Scenic World, Cableway, Skyway, and Railway.

Stop at Echo Point to enjoy splendid views of the Jamison Valley and the 3 Sisters, a towering rock formation from the Dreamtime.

Bypass Sydney’s peak traffic on a Ferry cruise along Parramatta River into Circular Quay. Return to your hotel for overnight stay

Day 09 Sydney Half Day Tour With Bondi Beach And Sydney Attractions

Proceed on an exciting and interactive city tour of Sydney which includes highlights like the Darling Harbour, one of the world’s greatest waterfront destinations, experience a slice of the city’s history at the Rocks area, the busy CBD area, Hyde Park, the Harbour Bridge, Mrs. Macquaries Chair, Eastern suburbs – home to the city’s rich and famous and the world renowned Bondi beach.

Later take a journey through the world famous Sydney Aquarium or visit the wild life world & find yourself an amazing animal adventure as your journey into Australia’s most famous locations & experience most loved and featured animals that call Australia home.

Also, you have the option to visit the famous Sydney Tower, the tallest free- standing structure in Sydney and enjoy 4D Movie on spectacular Sydney or enjoy glamour, glitz, sport, politics and music when you visit the world famous Madame Tussauds Wax Museum where you will see the life size wax statues of the famous personalities from all around the world.
